Coolstar Coldheads

Compact and powerful design: small coldhead allows easier installation in systems where space is at a premium
Coldhead pneumatic drive mechanism: fewer moving parts means higher reliability, and enables in-house service and maintenance
Stepper motor drive: Enables boost speed for faster cooldown, and increases seal life during low power demand cycle.
Multi-drive capability of Cryodrive compressor: enables up to four cold heads to be driven from a single compressor. Selection of suitable cold head and compressor combinations is simplified by using the following index system. The cold head performs to full specification as long as the combined index for the cold heads does not exceed the compressor index.
