AD51 dry air unit
This new unit has been redesigned to give an almost silent operation, whilst offering reduced maintenance and a more robust performance. The newly incorporated design features mean greater reliabity and increased service intervals. However, the most pleasing aspect of the upgrade to many customers will be its virtually silent operation.
Specific improvements include:
- Reduced power consumption: The power consumption is now just 60% of that of the previous dry air unit.
- New two-cylinder compressor: Means a significant reduction in noise level compared to the old dry air unit
- Upgraded filter element: The new polypropylene material is extremely resilient meaning the unit will run longer and with improved performance
- New pre-dryer water extractor: Extracts 60-70% of water vapour even before the molecular sieve, resulting in increased efficiency of the molecular sieve
- New pressure relief valve: replaces the old dump valve for improved reliability
