Auto-Fill system

Oxford Cryosystems supplies an excellent Auto-Fill system manufactured by American Magentics Inc. (AMI), which is perfectly suited to use with the Cryostream. Using an Auto-Fill system can double or treble the amount of time you can run your Cryostream unattended (depending of course on the size of the supply cylinder)

Apart from the obvious main benefit of extending your running time to operate over weekends and holidays, the additional benefits of using the Auto-Fill system include:

• Less contact with cryogens for personnel
• Convenience of a continuous level reading
• Remote liquid level monitoring from your workstation
• Alarm to warn of impending need for replenishing supply cylinder

The standard system is supplied with the following items:

• Model 186 Liquid level Controller
• Liquid level Sensor -3/8" OD Std (3/16", ¼" and ½" OD available) x length required
• Neck assembly for ES-60 Dewar
• Vacuum Jacketed Transfer Line-6-12 ft Std. X ¼"ID, ¾"OD with ½"SAE flare nut on one end and integral Dewar nozzle on other end
• Solenoid valve-9/32" orifice with 3/8" Female NPT, 100-120 Vac (Optional 200-240 Vac)
• Safety Pressure Relief Valve- 100 psi set pressure with gooseneck Dewar Adapter- ½"SAE flare nut x 3/8" male NPT
